Pigment Permanent Violet HB-197 - Production method
The mixture of 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole, o-dichlorobenzene, water, sodium acetate, benzyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and tetrachlorobenzoquinone is heated at 40~60 ℃ for 1h. Then the temperature is raised to 150~160 ℃ to evaporate the water in the reactant. Treated with benzenesulfonyl chloride and heated to 165~170 ℃, and maintained at this temperature for 6 hours, the product yield can reach 84%.
